Remove Jokers and EoLS

When using the playing cards, it's important to remove all Jokers, as I haven't created use of those cards.

Secondly, after your Elixir of Life score has reached its highest of 1.5, it can no longer increase. So on magic cards and walker attack cards, if you've obtained them and you already have an EoLS of 1.5 ignore the number next to"If won EoLS increases by:", if you've lost, then calculate your new EoLS by using the number next to 'If lost EoLS decreases:".
